1) Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from delivery if the product:

  • is unused and uninstalled;

  • is in its original, undamaged packaging with all inserts, labels, and accessories; and

  • is accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase.

For safety and quality reasons, the following are not returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item:
(a) electrical/electronic parts once opened/installed; (b) special-order or custom items; (c) lubricants/fluids; (d) items showing signs of installation, modification, or misuse.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA)

Within 7 days of delivery, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

3) Packing & Shipping Back

  • Use the original carton where possible and pack securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • Use a trackable courier service. Until received and checked by us, the goods remain your responsibility.

Return shipping is your cost, except where the return is due to our error (defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or incorrect item shipped). In such cases, we will provide or reimburse a prepaid label/courier at our discretion after validating evidence (photos/videos/unboxing proof).

4) Inspection & Decision

All returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. We may decline a return or offer a partial refund if:

  • the item shows signs of installation/use;

  • components or packaging are missing/damaged; or

  • the return is received without an RMA or after the 7-day window.

If a return is declined, we can ship the item back to you (shipping at your cost).

5) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for your bank/provider to post the credit.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

6) Exchanges

Where stock permits, we can arrange a like-for-like exchange for the same SKU. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund per Section 5.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video showing the issue and the outer packaging label. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund, and cover return shipping where the claim is validated.

8) Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, please follow this Return Policy.

9) Warranties

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its terms govern repair/replacement timelines and coverage. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

10) Data & Privacy

We use your personal data only to verify identity, process your return/exchange, prevent fraud, and communicate about your request, in line with our Privacy Policy (definitions of “Company,” “Service,” “Personal Data,” and contact channels).
