Regulatory framework. For users dealing with us outside the DIFC/ADGM free-zones, we process Personal Data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and related decisions of the UAE Data Office. If you interact with us from within the DIFC or ADGM, their data-protection laws may apply to that interaction.

2) Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers our website https://drivenextautoparts.ae/ and any contact channels we operate (phone, email, forms, social login). It explains what we collect, why, the lawful bases we rely on, your rights, and how to contact us.

3) What data we collect

  • Identification & contact: name, email, phone, addresses.
  • Account & auth: account IDs, social-login identifiers (Google, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Transactional: orders, invoices, delivery details, support history.
  • Technical/usage: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostic logs, cookie identifiers, pixels/beacons (see Cookies).
  • Public/UGC: content you post or make public via our pages or social integrations.
  • Sensitive data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data; if needed (e.g., for legal claims), we will only process it under a permitted PDPL basis

4) Our lawful bases for processing (PDPL)

We primarily rely on your consent. In addition, we may process without consent only where a PDPL Article 4 basis applies, for example:

  • performance of a contract with you or steps at your request;
  • to comply with a legal obligation;
  • to protect your interests (e.g., safety, fraud prevention);
  • public interest;
  • legal claims or judicial/security procedures;
  • specific health, archival/scientific/statistical purposes where permitted;
  • other cases specified by the Executive Regulations / Data Office.
    Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5) How we use your data (purposes)

  • Provide, operate and secure the Website and your Account.
  • Fulfil orders and warranties; arrange delivery and payments.
  • Customer support and to respond to requests.
  • Service analytics (performance, troubleshooting, improving UX).
  • Communications: service notices, security updates, and—if you consent—marketing/news about similar products.
  • Fraud/security monitoring and incident response.
  • Business changes (merger/transfer) as permitted by law.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

7) Social logins & third-party sources

If you sign in with a third-party service (Google, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn), we receive the data you permit that service to share (e.g., name, email). Your use of those services is governed by their policies; please review their privacy terms.

8) Sharing your data

We may share Personal Data with:

  • Service providers (processors): hosting, IT, payments, delivery, customer support, analytics, communications—bound by written data-processing terms and security obligations.
  • Affiliates & business partners for website operation and lawful marketing (with your consent where required).
  • Authorities and courts where legally required or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.
  • Corporate transactions (merger, asset sale) under PDPL safeguards.

9) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we will rely on PDPL-compliant mechanisms, including transfers to jurisdictions approved by the UAE Data Office, appropriate contractual safeguards, or applicable exemptions under Articles 22–23. We keep a record of transfer assessments.

10) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical controls (access controls, encryption in transit, network security, logging/monitoring, staff training). No system is 100% secure; we continually assess and improve our controls.

11) Data retention

We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with law, and to resolve disputes. We apply minimisation and de-identification where feasible and maintain a retention schedule.

12) Children

Our services are not directed to children/minors (as defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps under PDPL.

13) Your rights (PDPL)

Subject to conditions in the PDPL, you may:

  • receive information about our processing before it begins;
  • request access, portability, correction, or erasure;
  • request restriction or cessation of processing;
  • object to decisions based solely on automated processing;
  • complain to the UAE Data Office.

14) Data breaches

If we become aware of a Personal Data breach that may prejudice your privacy, confidentiality or security, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where required, affected individuals, in accordance with PDPL procedures.

15) DIFC/ADGM & sector rules

If a particular interaction occurs within DIFC or ADGM, their data-protection regimes (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020; ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021) may apply in addition to, or instead of, the PDPL. Health and financial services data may also be subject to sector rules.

16) Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy/security practices are their own; review those policies before use.

17) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice and/or email before they take effect.
